A story of service, as recounted by Dave Myers, founder and owner of American Professional Chimney and Masonry:

My longest term employee asked me once who I thought was the best chimney service in the D.C. area. I said I don’t know and I named a couple of the largest chimney services in the D.C. area. He said, “Don’t you think we’re the best chimney service in the D.C. area?” I said, ‘Well, maybe but why do you say that?’

He stated, “Because, you take the time to explain everything to the customer. If there’s a problem (with our work) you fix it for free and you spend more time than any company I’ve ever worked for to take good care of the customer, and that’s why I think we are the best chimney service.”

And I said, ‘You know, you’re right. We are the best company. We care more about the customer and making them happy than any other company.”

There’s companies that are bigger and that do more jobs, but there is no chimney service that puts the time and effort we do into finding out what best suits the customer and explaining to them all of their options so thet they make the best decision for their specific circumstances. That’s what separates us from all the other chimney services in the D.C. area.
